This policy explains what data ChatFlow collects, why, and the choices you have. ChatFlow is operated by Vyan Technologies.

Who we are

ChatFlow is operated by Vyan Technologies, an India-based AI software company (MSME (Udyam) registered). For any privacy question, contact us at support@getvyan.com.

Information we collect

  • Authentication data. When you create a workspace you sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile image from Google. We never receive or store your Google password.
  • Content you create. Journeys, messages, templates and related content you build in ChatFlow.
  • Usage data. Basic technical information such as device, browser and interactions, used to operate and improve the product.
  • WhatsApp connection. If you connect a WhatsApp Business account, we process the data required to send and manage messages on your behalf through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.

You can explore the builder anonymously without an account. In that case, journeys you create are stored locally in your browser until you choose to create a workspace.

Cookies

We use a single, essential cookie to keep you signed in (an HttpOnly session cookie set by our authentication system). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

ChatFlow does not currently run third-party advertising or behavioural analytics trackers. If we introduce privacy-respecting product analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate ChatFlow, authenticate you, save your work, generate journeys when you use AI features, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Google (authentication), our AI model provider (to generate journeys from your prompts), Meta (for WhatsApp messaging when you connect an account), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and workspace content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your account or personal data at any time by emailing support@getvyan.com. Include the email address associated with your workspace. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data, and instruct our processors to do the same.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@getvyan.com.

Changes to this policy

As ChatFlow is in active development, we may update this policy. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
